Returns
We are very strict about product quality control, but sometimes we make mistakes. If there are any problems with your product, or if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund .

If you change your mind (it happens!), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact Rhinonadal@gmail.com and we will be happy to arrange a return within 30 days of receiving the gift. Please note the following: We are not responsible for return shipping costs, and payment needs to be refunded to the original payment method of the order. All products must be returned in original condition in the original TNBags packaging.

Remember that all our products come with a 1-year warranty, and if any problems occur during use of the product, please always contact our team at Rhinonadal@gmail.com

Replacements
We will be happy to arrange a product exchange for you within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be returned to us in their original condition as shipped, with packaging intact. Please contact Rhinonadal@gmail.com for assistance.

Estimated Delivery Time
Free delivery to the United States. Delivery time will be calculated at checkout.

Worldwide Delivery
TNBags has customers all over the world, so we will ship to places with a post office box. To ship to PO Boxes outside Australia and Europe, please select regular delivery at checkout (our trained delivery team are still not allowed to enter government buildings at this time).

We usually arrange to ship within 2 business days of completing the order. Delivery time will vary depending on the service and destination selected. Usually delivery time is 3 to 28 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Courier
We offer a trackable courier service to most areas. The courier service usually takes 3-6 business days to reach the United States, the United Kingdom or Australia, and 2-8 business days to other countries. If you live in Kangaroo Trail, Kalkaringi, please allow some extra time.

In some parts of the world, we are unable to offer courier as an option because the courier service in these areas is unreliable or not within the service area.

Customs duties

Additional customs duties may apply to the following areas: Asia, South America, Africa, and European countries that are not members of the European Union. This information will appear during the checkout process once you have selected your shipping destination. Shipping address filled in with non-English characters
Why change your address?
Our courier requires all addresses to be filled in with English characters. Therefore, we use an address verification service to find the English version of your address.

What if the updated address is incorrect?
Most addresses are translated correctly. However, if you find that your address is not translated correctly, our friendly customer service team will help you correct it before your package is shipped. Alternatively, the shipper will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address at no additional cost to you.

Can I choose a different courier?
Sorry, this is not possible. After our research and search, we have selected a courier with excellent service and competitive prices as our service provider.
