Eligibility and potential costs
You have 30 days from the date you received all items from the same order to return your item. Your return package must be shipped within 7 days from the date we send you return instructions.
All items must be clean and in original condition, including original packaging and all tags. They must be intact. Any item that appears to have been washed or altered is not eligible for a refund. In most cases, original shipping costs are not refundable (original shipping costs refer to the actual shipping costs we paid to the logistics company to ship your order, not the shipping costs you paid when you placed the order). Unfortunately, we are not responsible for return shipping costs unless it is a quality issue or a problem with the order itself.
How do I apply for a return?
You can apply for a return by sending a return request email to tnbagcom@gmail.com and briefly stating the reason for the return. We will respond to you as soon as possible (up to 6 hours) with detailed return instructions.
Please note that items returned without a return request will not be accepted.
How do I return my item?
As the return address varies depending on the item ordered and the customer's location, please contact us first to request a return and we will send you detailed return instructions within 6 hours.
Normally, please pack all items to be returned together with the original packaging and attach a receipt with the order number. You can choose the cheapest door-to-door delivery method, but a tracking number is required.
Please return the package within seven days of receiving the return address. Once the package is shipped, please let us know the tracking number and we will contact you after receiving the package.
Where is my refund?
Once your return request is processed and the item is returned to our store, your refund will be refunded to your original payment method within up to 7 days.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
Please email tnbagcom@gmail.com to submit your exchange request. We will respond to you as soon as possible (up to 6 hours) with detailed instructions.
What products are not accepted for return?
1. Items with damaged labels or signs of washing.
2. Items with missing labels will not be refunded.
3. Man-made damage (except for product quality issues).
4. Customized products.

We cannot guarantee expedited delivery times during the holiday season, as couriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL are unable to fulfill and guarantee delivery times.
Please do not send your return package to the sender's address on the package. This is not the address of our return center and will affect the processing of your return. Even if you use your own delivery method, you should only send to the address on the shipping label we provide.
Please ensure that your return package does not accidentally contain non-TNBAG items. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
Courier fees are not refundable for refunds due to personal reasons.
We cannot refund for delayed delivery of holiday-related items, as delivery times are beyond our control. We recommend that you purchase all holiday-related items at least 20 days before the holiday.
We have a small number of warehouses around the world. Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse.
Please contact our customer service to cancel the order as soon as you make your decision. Once the package is shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to recall it, so order cancellations will not be entertained.
Our sizes are based on US sizes, and the size reference should be based on our label size. Due to inconsistent sizes in the production factories, we will convert them uniformly according to US sizes. Even different colors of the same style may have different sizes due to different production locations, but in the end we will convert them to US sizes. This does not constitute a reason for free return or refund.
