Return Policy

Returns
We are very strict about product quality control, but sometimes we make mistakes. If there are any problems with your product, or if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping costs*).

If you change your mind (it happens!), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact Rhinonadal@gmail.com and we will be happy to arrange a return within 30 days of receiving the gift. Please note the following: We are not responsible for return shipping costs, and payment needs to be refunded to the original payment method of the order. All products must be returned in original condition in the original TNBags packaging.

Remember that all our products come with a 3-year warranty, and if any problems occur during use of the product, please always contact our team at Rhinonadal@gmail.com

*If you are eligible for this refund, we will email you a return order, shipping prepaid.

Replacements
We will be happy to arrange a product exchange for you within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be returned to us in their original condition as shipped, with packaging intact. Please contact Rhinonadal@gmail.com for assistance.
